effective ways of losing weight..:)

you can find a lot of tips out there on how you can lose weight real fast. but, the tips that i'm going to share with you is different than the others as no pills consumed, no need to exercise and you don't have to skip meals while you are in process of losing weight. isn't that amazing? good news for those who are not a big fan of playing sports just like me..:) well, let's move on to the useful tips..

1. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal.

drink a glass of water or more about 30 minutes to 15 minutes before you take your meal.  water naturally needs some space to fill your stomach.   you can actually rise from the table eating less but feeling full just the same.

2. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas.
 all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you.   if you drink one can of Coke everyday and you take that out of your diet then you will lose one pound of fat per week which works out to 50 pounds of fat lost in a year.

3.  Increase your fiber intake. 
there are two types of fibre which are soluble and insoluble fibre. they have different function but gave a lot of advantages to the consumers. it helps to lower down your cholesterol level  and also regulate your blood sugar level better. some obvious sources of fibre are soybeans,oats, fruits such as apples and bananas, vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, green beans and tomatoes, also root vegetables such as potatoes and yams. so easy to find right??

4.  Boil your vegetables instead of cooking them.
However if you do not like eating your vegetables as it is, try steaming them without adding anything at all. This is probably the healthiest way to eat cabbages, cauliflowers and a host of other vegetables. when you boil your vegetables, you actually avoiding the amount of oil as much as possible.

5.  Eat only when you are hungry.
as what i have mentioned you just now, don't skip your meal. eat when you are hungry BUT stop before you get full.  this step is to ensure that you can still watch your diet while enjoying your meal.

6. Try to have breakfast within one hour of waking.
It’s always best to have breakfast within an hour of waking so that your body can charge itself with the energy it needs for the day. The idea is not to wait for yourself to get really hungry. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but that doesn't  mean that it should be the most filling meal of the day.

7. Try and adopt a vegetarian diet.
 A vegetarian diet is undoubtedly better for those who are watching on their diets.   it’s best to experiment with different diets until you find one that works best for you. avoiding meats can help to lower down your cholesterol level in your body. this action must be taken seriously especially for those who suffer from high blood pressure.

p/s : all of these tips can help you to achieve your goal in becoming a healthy person and at the same time lose your weight just the way you want it. When you do notice a change, reward yourself. but don't go for some goodies like chocolates or sweets. Maybe you could go for a movie or buy yourself something like a new dress or shoes. This is something that can keep you going. good luck!! :)
